Digital Platform Specialist

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking, fintech or digital product management. Key Responsibilities : • Drive the development and implementation of digital banking products across retail and corporate segments • Work closely with IT, Compliance, Operations and third-party vendors/FinTech’s to develop and roll out new digital solutions/products. • Manage the BAU process pertaining to the Digital platform products allocated including Invoices, Agreements, SLA etc. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for innovation or process improvements in Digital Platforms Division. • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications and process flows for new initiatives or enhancements. • Manage the complete product life cycle through service providers including migration, upgrades pertaining to digital platform division. • Measure existing processes to identify areas for improvement. Support the automation of internal banking processes to improve operational efficiency. • Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies. • Track project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery. • Support product training, documentation and internal communication for smooth adoption. • Analyse data and MIS to identify bottlenecks and support decision-making. • Manage compliance to RBI, NPCI, UIDAI & other regulatory and statutory bodies
