This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative operations, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and supporting leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where coordination across departments is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage internal administrative projects from initiation to completion.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and transparency on project progress.Support leadership with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.Maintain organized records of project documentation and administrative workflows.Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues when necessary.Assist in improving internal processes and operational efficiency.Coordinate meetings, project reviews, and follow-ups with stakeholders.Monitor and report project status to leadership on a regular basis.QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.Communication: Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness.Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, superior time management, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.Spoken and written skill of Hindi, Tamil, and/or Arabic would be an added advantageImmediate availability to join is required.
