IT & Admin Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT & Admin Executive to support our internal IT infrastructure and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys problem-solving, organizing workplace operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office systems and facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level IT support for employees (laptops, desktops, printers, networks, software access).Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up or revoking system access, laptops, and tools.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Maintain inventory of IT assets such as laptops, accessories, and peripherals.Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and procurement.Support day-to-day office administration and facility management.Manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.Requirements0–1 year of experience in IT support, administration, or a similar role.Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and office tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.About Us?Mygate is India’s leading community living SaaS platform, trusted by 4 million+ residents across 25,000+ gated communities.
