We have a growing practice across Audit & Assurance, Accounting & MIS, Direct & Indirect Tax, and Corporate Compliances.Role DescriptionWe are hiring an Audit Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Ernakulam. The Audit Manager will lead engagements end-to-end—planning, execution, reporting, and client communication—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagementsPrepare audit plans, checklists, working papers, and ensure proper documentation and file closureDraft audit observations, management letters, reports, and present findings clearly to clientsReview financial statements, schedules and disclosures; identify risks and improvementsHands-on support for ITR filing, tax computations, assessment support, and client queriesOversee TDS compliance (TDS returns, reconciliations, notices, Form 26AS/TRACES)Manage GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, ITC review, notices, audit support)Handle MCA/ROC compliances (annual filings, board resolutions, event-based filings, documentation)Mentor and review work of juniors, allocate tasks, ensure quality control and timelinesCoordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and closure of pending pointsDrive process improvements using templates, Excel tools, and standard operating proceduresQualifications & ExperienceCA / CA Inter / CMA (CWA) with relevant practical experience in a CA firm (preferred) with strong working knowledge of:Audit & assurance (planning to reporting)Income Tax (ITR filing, computations, basic assessments support)TDS (compliances, return filing, reconciliations)GST (GSTR-1/3B, reconciliations, ITC review)MCA/ROC compliances and documentationProficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliation, MIS; advanced skills preferred)Strong written communication—ability to draft audit observations and reports professionallyGood client-handling skills, team leadership, and ability to meet deadlinesWhat We OfferExposure to a wide range of clients and assignmentsLearning-focused environment with clear accountability and growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation based on qualification and experienceLocationErnakulam (On-site)
