The candidate shall lead and be responsible for all financial activities of Admaren Tech Private Limited, including its subsidiaries, associates, and other entities in which Admaren’s directors have an interest (collectively referred to as the ‘Admaren Group’.)This role will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable financial systems and processes aligned with the company’s expansion objectives.Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & BudgetingPrepare monthly and Yearly budgets and forecastMonitor actuals vs. budget and analyse variancesConduct department wise profitability review Accounting & Financial ReportingEnsure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accountsConsolidation and finalisation of the holding and subsidiary booksPreparation of financial statements as per the applicable regulatory framework in India Co-ordination with the auditors for the timely completion of Audits Taxation & ComplianceCompliance with the Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, FEMA , SEZ and other applicable regulationsEnsure accurate and timely filing of the returns and forms requested under various actDevelop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementMonitor cash flowsManage receivables and payablesCo-ordination with bank including the compliance with loan facilities Internal Controls and Risk Management Establish internal financial controlsImplement cost control measuresEnsure fraud prevention and financial risk mitigation Payroll & Statutory ComplianceSupervise payroll processingEnsure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and labour lawsOversee employee reimbursement and expense management MIS & Management ReportingPrepare monthly/ MIS reportsPresent financial insights to senior managementSupport decision-making with financial data analysis Contract Management Contract Oversight & Custodianship: - Maintain a central repository of all financial contracts (vendor, client, lease, loan agreements, etc.), Ensure contracts are complete, properly authorized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, Track contract timelines, renewals, and expiry datesFinancial Compliance & Monitoring: - Review financial terms of contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, monitor payment terms, invoicing, and penalties/bonuses in contracts, Ensure adherence to budgets and financial commitments outlined in contracts, Flag any deviations or potential financial risks to senior management.Risk Management: - Identify financial risks in contracts (e.g., unfavorable payment terms, hidden liabilities, foreign exchange exposure), Collaborate with legal and Management teams to mitigate risk, ensure contracts comply with statutory and regulatory requirements in India Revenue Tracking & Optimization Ensure timely preparation and submission of client invoices, with proactive tracking of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.Efficiently manage foreign exchange exposure to minimize financial risk and optimize returns.Implement and enforce policies and practices aimed at preventing revenue leakages and safeguarding organizational earnings. Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate and communicate effectively with the Group’s stakeholders, including investors and third-party consultants, and deliver timely and accurate financial presentations as required.Support stakeholders by providing timely reports, financial data, and relevant analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and compliance requirements of the foreign investorsRequired Skills and QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory)10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership roleProven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningExpert-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software, including Tally.
