This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing payments, and collections, and coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.Key Responsibilities- Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate books of accounts and ledgers as per statutory requirements. - Prepare Reports: Create financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations. - Manage Payments & Collections: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely settlements. - Tax Compliance:Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time. - Audit Coordination: Work with auditors and consultants during audits. - Cash Flow & Banking: Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions. - Process Improvement: Support internal controls and suggest improvements. - Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to provide financial insights.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required - Preferably candidates from Kochi.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses - Health and wellness benefits - Opportunities for career growth and advancement - Exposure to a global client and vendor networkEligible candidates can send their resumes at hiring@
