Job Description – Manager Australian Taxation & Accounting SpecialistLocation: Indore & KochiExperience: Minimum 3 Years in Australian TaxationEducation: Any Graduate or PostgraduateAbout the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Australian Taxation & Accounting Specialist to join our growing offices in Indore and Kochi.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Australian taxation, managing client portfolios, and leading small teams. This role involves working closely with Australian clients, ensuring accurate compliance, timely tax lodgements, and high-quality advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesAustralian Taxation- Prepare and review Individual, Company, Trust, and Partnership tax returns as per ATO standards. - Manage preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS, PAYG, and other statutory filings. - Handle GST, FBT, CGT, and Payroll Tax requirements. - Conduct tax planning, identify allowable deductions, and support clients with queries.Accounting & Compliance- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets. - Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, and error identification. - Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB). - Review work completed by junior team members for accuracy.Client & Team Management- Manage communication with Australian clients in a professional manner. - Oversee a team of accountants, allocate tasks, and ensure output quality. - Mentor and train team members in Australian taxation procedures. - Ensure all deadlines are met with high accuracy and efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Commerce/Finance preferred but not mandatory). - Experience managing a team in a tax or accounting environment. - Excellent communication skills for client interaction.ReshmaHuman [email protected]
