Position OverviewThe Business Financial Controller plays a strategic role in guiding the financial direction of the business. This position is responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing costing and pricing strategies, and ensuring financial discipline across departments. The role also provides decision-making support to business heads, ensures alignment with budgetary goals, and drives financial efficiency across operations. The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience with a strong grasp of financial planning, cost management, and ERP systems, particularly SAP. Key Responsibilities·        Monitor monthly P&L and give necessary advice to business heads. ·        Responsible for costing and pricing of existing products and new products. ·        Responsible for monitoring cost (product, process, etc.) to support business. For example, any deviation in the actual production costs vs. budgets. ·        Monthly cost run and product margin analysis with production and finance team. If there is any deviation in the costs, identify root cause by working with cross-functional teams as required. ·        Monitor other fixed and variable overheads against budgets. ·        Capex analysis – business case preparation. ·        Validate costing in SAP and work on implementing costing module in SAP.
