Technical Trainer – Solar Module Manufacturing

Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for our solar module manufacturing operations . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, shopfloor training, and safety practices , along with strong facilitation skills to upskill operators, technicians, and engineers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, training delivery skills, and industry knowledge , ensuring employees are equipped with the right skills to meet production, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct classroom and shopfloor training for operators, engineers, and technicians in solar module manufacturing. Deliver training on manufacturing processes, equipment handling, preventive maintenance, quality systems, and lean practices. Provide hands-on machine/equipment demonstrations and simulations. Adapt technical content for employees at different skill levels. Content Development & Customization Develop training modules, SOPs, and manuals specific to solar manufacturing. Translate technical concepts into simple, practical learning content. Update training content regularly to align with process/technology upgrades. Skill Development & Knowledge
