Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and training. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, support leave management, and update HR systems. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. Policy Communication: Educate employees about HR policies, benefits, and company procedures. Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining compliance-related documentation. Data Management: Manage employee data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations and compiling feedback. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and gather feedback for improvement. General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and managing communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
