Senior Manager - Production (QMS)

Location: JammuJob Grade: G9BAt Sun Pharma, we commit to helping you “Create your own sunshine”— by fostering an environment where you grow at every step, take charge of your journey and thrive in a supportive community.Key Responsibilities- To ensure delivery of products on time, of desired quality and quantity at optimum cost.- To ensure continuous improvement in achievement of productivity and manufacturing yields.- Quality norms; Launch of new products 100% in time.- Quality: Demonstrate compliance to established Manufacturing Operations and Quality standards to ensure products are produced and stored according to appropriate documentation to obtain the required quality.- Reduction in Out of Specification Deviations, reduce market complaints.- Document Integrity: To support compliance of practices to established procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.- To approve SOPs & format, batch related to production operations to ensure their strict implementation.- Cost: Overhead recovery and manufacturing efficiency to be maintained.- People Development: Develop talent pipeline among team members.- Retention of records; performance and evaluation of in-process controls.- Timely closure of QMS records within defined timeline.Job RequirementsEducational Qualification: B.Pharm/M.
