If you are looking for a role with a Company that is going places and have tremendous growth opportunity, then we might be the right fit for you.Role DescriptionAs a Food Technologist, you will play a vital role in the development, optimization, and quality assurance of beverages — ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation in formulation. You’ll work closely with the production, quality, and R&D teams to support current and new beverage offerings.Key Responsibilities•Lead formulation and product development for beverages (artesian water products, flavored waters, hard seltzers, craft beer).•Evaluate raw ingredients and finished products for quality, consistency, taste, and shelf stability.•Implement and monitor food safety and quality control protocols in compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.•Conduct sensory analysis and stability testing to refine taste and texture profiles.•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and testing.•Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues.•Maintain accurate technical and regulatory documentation for audits and compliance.•Support packaging validation and labeling compliance.QualificationsMinimum Education:•Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.•Advanced qualifications (M.Sc./M.Tech) or specialized certificates (e.g., Beverage Technology, Quality Assurance) are preferred.Experience:•2–5 years of relevant experience in beverages or food product development.*Skills & Competencies•Strong understanding of beverage formulation, processing equipment, and quality systems.•Expertise in sensory evaluation, analytical testing, and shelf-life studies.•Knowledge of beverage ingredients, additive functionality, and microbial safety.•Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.•Ability to work on the production floor and in lab settings.Preferred (Not Mandatory)•Experience with hard seltzer, craft beer, or similar beverage categories.•Familiarity with carbonation processes, flavor chemistry, or fermentation science.•Certification in HACCP/SQF/ISO 22000 quality systems.Monthly CTC: Rs. 30 K - 40 K + BonusProducts Launch Date: March 1st, 2026
