Talent RecruiterLocation: Kasaragod, Kerala, India (On-site)Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PMJob Summary:The Talent Recruiter will use various techniques to gather information, which will form the basis of Market Intel data (MI). The role requires proactive cleansing, expansion and management of specific candidate and client data pools. The compilation of data is expected to be derived through a combination of database management, market mapping, direct headhunting, networking, and advertising techniques. For the most part, the Internet will be used to conduct broad research. This will include: CRM, Online Job Boards, social media, networking platforms, corporate websites, and general industry platform searches to identify technology and industry live Market intelligence and Decision makers.Experience:Proven experience in IT recruitment/ Experience in using various job boards.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Qualifications:Degree or equivalent in Business / Human Resources or similar field.Responsibilities:Source senior, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets.Keep up to date with the latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.Build and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business.Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts.Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.Effectively collate information from various media and database platforms to create target lists for sales teams to approach.Research – analysing data requests and planning end-to-end data delivery.Data gathering and collection – ensuring project timelines are met by following a structured delivery methodology of client MI.Eligibility and integrity checking - thorough analysis of the compiled data for accuracy, validity, and consistency.Engagement – Identifying client decision makers and making initial email contact through targeted distribution of corporate brochures.List management – create a long list of passive and actively looking candidates for specific technology requirements.Collaboration – developing sales requests through designing new data reports and improving delivery processes.Key Competencies (Skills):Highly analytical mind, problem-solving skills, being able to find explanations behind results.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate and gather data into simple narratives.Computer literacy - experience in using relational databases, social networking tools, MS Office applications.Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.Immediate joining preferred.
