Location: Karnal, HaryanaType: Full-time | On-site / Office-basedWe’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our construction team with project documentation, planning, and coordination.This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys working with Excel sheets and timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update project sheets (Excel or project management software) - Track timelines, material requirements, and site progress - Coordinate with site heads for material lists and updates - Share verified data with the procurement team for timely action - Prepare concise progress reports for management - Keep all documents organized and up to dateQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination, planning, or documentation - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and basic project management tools like Project manager - Good communication, organization, and follow-up skillsSkills:- Detail-oriented and dependable - Strong sense of accountability and ownership - Able to manage multiple project trackers efficiently
