Job Description:  Location:Karjat Resort or Mulshi ResortThe Guest Service Associate – F&B Service is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. This role ensures a clean and welcoming environment and supports daily operations in restaurants, banquets, or in-room dining.Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages promptly while following service standards. Set up and clear tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, equipment, and service stations. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving any service issues promptly. Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, and room service as needed. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service. Upsell food and beverage items wherever appropriate.Qualifications Minimum High School / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. Good communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus). Basic knowledge of F&B service techniques and customer service. Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
