The role involves teaching, guiding and mentoring B. Tech students in research projects, publishing in reputable journals, and staying updated with advancements in AI & ML. Contributing to the university’s vision of 'Creating students with a Global mindset to impact society using AI'.Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Mentoring:- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for B. Tech courses. - Develop course materials, curriculum, and assessments. - Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, including supervision of undergraduate projects. - Use innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance student learning.Research & Development:- Lead and contribute to research projects and publications in relevant technical fields. - Secure research grants and engage in funded research activities. - Collaborate with colleagues and industry experts for research initiatives and development. - Present research findings at conferences and seminars.Curriculum & Program Development:- Participate in curriculum design and review, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies. - Initiate and participate in academic programs, workshops, and seminars.Administrative & Leadership Roles:- Serve on departmental committees and take part in academic administration tasks. - Contribute to accreditation processes and quality assurance in education delivery. - Engage in faculty development programs and professional growth opportunities.Required Qualifications:- Ph.D. in [relevant field of engineering/technology/computer science]. - Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in teaching/research at the university level. - Expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning - Experience with Data Science, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks - Strong background in Programming Languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB - Prior academic or industry experience in a related domain - Proven track record of publications in high-impact journals and/or research contributions.Desired Skills:- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mentor and motivate students toward academic and professional success. - Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
