We’re Hiring: Account Manager – US Staffing (Engineering Focus)Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, IndiaWork Mode: 5 Days OnsiteWe are looking for a driven Account Manager to support and grow our Engineering Implementation Partner network in the US staffing space. This role is ideal for someone with strong connections in engineering sectors and hands-on experience onboarding and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support existing Engineering Implementation Partners across the US region - Leverage industry connections to onboard new clients and expand accounts - Act as a primary point of contact for client coordination, requirements intake, and delivery support - Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submissions - Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance tracking - Support contract initiation, compliance, and ongoing account growth activitiesRequired Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in US Staffing / IT & Engineering Staffing - Strong network and relationships within engineering domains (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) - Experience working with implementation partners, MSPs, or direct clients - Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
