Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager / Assistant Regional Business Head to oversee the operations of multiple Apple showrooms across Telangana & Andhrapradesh. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all showrooms.Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Motivate and lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding sales performance. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. - Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple showrooms to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels. - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Foster a customer-centric culture within the showrooms, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and support. - Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. - Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Qualifications:- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of Apple products and the ability to convey their features and benefits effectively. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
