Precision Technologies Corp (PTC) is actively hiring OPT Recruiters who are passionate about US staffing and want to grow fast in a high-performance recruiting environment.Role: OPT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Recruiter (US IT Staffing) || Immediate joiners preferredLocation: Onsite – Hyderabad (Banjara Hills, Sanali Info Park)Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM ISTExperience: 0–4 Years (OPT Recruiting preferred)- Email: vinod@Role Overview:As an OPT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and placing consultants (OPT, H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card, US Citizen) across US clients. This role demands strong communication, persistence, market awareness, and the hunger to close positions.What You’ll Do:Source and screen OPT, H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card, US Citizen candidate profiles using multiple channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.).Actively pitch PTC’s brand, training excellence, project success rate, and market credibility to candidates.Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Account Managers, Trainers, and Candidates.Conduct initial candidate discussions, understand career goals, and align them with open requirements.Handle rate discussions, follow-ups, submissions, interview coordination, and pipeline management.Maintain continuous engagement with candidates until successful onboarding.Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat submissions and referrals.What We’re Looking For:0–4 years of experience in OPT / US IT RecruitingExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong understanding of US hiring process, work authorizations, visa statuses (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.)Confidence to talk, negotiate, and influence candidatesResult-driven mindset with a people-first approachWillingness to work US Night Shift from officeWhy Join Precision Technologies Corp?Industry-recognized training quality & consultant success ratioStrong and established presence in US Staffing & ConsultingHigh visibility role – your efforts directly impact business growthFast learning, real exposure, and career growth opportunitiesSupportive leadership & performance-oriented cultureThis is not just another recruiter role — this is where your recruiting skills actually matter.Interested?
