Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher Location: Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar School: ADVita International School (Cambridge Affiliated) Job Description: ADVita International School, a Cambridge-affiliated institution in Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar, is seeking passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teachers to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with young learners and committed to creating a positive, engaging, and child-centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education principles and Cambridge framework. - Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment. - Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. - Use creative teaching methods including play-based and activity-based learning. - Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining records and sharing feedback with parents. - Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience. - Maintain classroom discipline in a gentle and constructive manner. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred). - Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. - Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is preferred.
