Manager Civil

Civil Engineer /Manager (Experience: 10–15 years)We are seeking an experienced Civil Manager to lead the construction of an OSAT Facility. The scope includes civil works for an electrical substation, water treatment plant, chiller building, compressor building, air receiver building, pump rooms, gas building, pipe rack substructure, EDG building, DRUPS building, HSD tanks, and switchyard. The Civil Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Key responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of civil works with mechanical and electrical systems.The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and possess 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction projects, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or semiconductor facilities. Strong knowledge of structural design, foundations, and industrial building codes is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in EPC projects and construction of substations, utility buildings, and associated facilities will be an added advantage.
