The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain delivery excellence.  Key Responsibilities Lead multiple SaaS delivery projects from planning to execution. Collaborate with clients to define requirements, set expectations, and ensure successful outcomes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Coordinate between technical, design, and QA teams for seamless delivery. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor project performance and provide status reports to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management and delivery management within SaaS environments.- Proven experience in handling Salesforce , Zendesk , HubSpot , or similar SaaS platforms.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
