Job Title: Architect / Senior Architect Experience: 4 – 10 years Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office Job Summary: The Architect / Senior Architect will be responsible for concept design, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with clients and project teams. The role requires a combination of design creativity, technical proficiency, and strong coordination skills to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Produce presentation visuals and renderings using Photoshop and other tools Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for design approvals Ensure design compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications Assist in documentation, drawings revisions, and project reporting Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen (for senior roles) Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and documentation Ability to translate conceptual ideas into accurate drawings and presentations Good client interaction and coordination skills Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills Education: B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
