Customer Relationship Executive(sales)

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly attitude. Understand customer requirements and connect them with the appropriate Sales Consultant. Maintain and update the customer inquiry register and CRM database accurately. Follow up with customers for pending quotations, test rides, and booking confirmations. Handle inbound calls, explain available models, offers, and direct calls to sales staff if needed. Coordinate with the sales team, finance, and insurance departments for smooth booking and delivery. Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle delivery, registration, and documentation. Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback. Assist in organizing showroom events, product launches, and customer engagement programs. Maintain showroom display area, ensure proper branding, and create a welcoming environment. Support in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets set by management.
