Service Consultant

Key Responsibilities Welcome customers arriving at the service center and understand their vehicle concerns. Record customer complaints accurately and prepare job cards in DMS or service software. Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers. Provide guidance on periodic maintenance, AMC packages, and service offers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate job execution. Communicate service progress and any additional repair approvals to customers. Conduct final quality checks and ensure vehicles are delivered in perfect condition. Explain the invoice, service work carried out, and collect customer feedback at delivery. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address issues, if any. Maintain proper documentation and reports of daily service activities. Support the Service Manager in achieving department targets and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
