Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care. Education: UG or PG Experience: 2years+ Work Time: 9am to 7pm (Mon to Sat) Salary: 25K to 30K with attractive Incentives Location: Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. Immediate Joiners needed Job Type: Full-time Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows. Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations. Manage budgets and resources to achieve operations goals Handling the revenue of the hospital. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services. Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services. Experience in handling NABH, JCI, or similar accreditation processes. Implement patient retention and loyalty programs Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.
