Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets (retail, fleet, and corporate). Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to drive growth. Expand dealership reach through innovative marketing and sales initiatives. Team Leadership & Management Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (retail executives, corporate sales, fleet sales, exchange, finance & insurance team). Set performance targets and monitor achievement through regular reviews. Provide training, coaching, and development to enhance team productivity. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and relationship management. Handle escalated customer issues promptly to maintain goodwill and dealership reputation. Promote customer loyalty and referrals through after-sales engagement. Financial Performance & Reporting Monitor sales budgets, profitability, and expenses. Ensure achievement of sales margins and dealership revenue goals. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management. Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day sales operations including showroom management, test drives, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and dealership policies. Coordinate with service, spare parts, and finance departments for seamless customer experience.
