Car Service Final Quality Controller

1) Work with Car Dealership. 2) Diagnose the vehicles based on customer complaints. 3) Having a Valid four wheeler license with Road Test / Drive Test Skills. Post-Service Inspection – Conduct thorough final checks on serviced/repaired vehicles to ensure all jobs are completed as per company standards. Quality Verification – Verify repair accuracy, cleanliness, road test (if required), and confirm compliance with safety and OEM guidelines. Job Card Closure – Cross-check job cards against actual work done, ensuring no task is left incomplete before delivery. Coordination with Workshop Team – Communicate feedback to technicians/service advisors on any defects, rework, or quality concerns. Customer Satisfaction Assurance – Ensure vehicles meet quality standards for smooth, trouble-free delivery, enhancing customer trust and retention.
