The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring D365 F&O modules, supporting ERP implementations, and delivering effective business solutions for clients across industries.The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and be capable of bridging the gap between business requirements and system capabilities. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client business processes and gather functional requirements. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules based on business needs. Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations. Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and user manuals. Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations. Support end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle including testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. Perform gap analysis and recommend best-fit ERP solutions. Assist clients in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues. Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards. Functional Modules ExpertiseExperience in one or more of the following modules is preferred:Finance Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Production Management Project Operations Required SkillsStrong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective ERP solutions. Experience in documentation, process mapping, and business analysis. Good understanding of finance, operations, and supply chain workflows. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
