Roles and Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance activities at the plant, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend asset lifespan. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms through regular audits and inspections. Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and engineers to achieve efficient operation of CNC machines, VMCs, HMCs, ID OD grinding machines, NTC Cam grinding machines, Orbital Grinding machines etc.
