Job Opening: Civil Site Supervisor / Junior Engineer - Finishing, Plumbing, Electrical & Landscaping (School Building) Location: Kanpur Dehat Project: Final Furnishing & Completion of a 60,000 sq. ft. Semi-Finished School Building Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based (Contractual or Permanent) Experience Required: 3-10 Years in building finishing, plumbing, and site supervision Immediate Joining Preferred Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Junior Engineer to take full charge of all finishing works, including roof waterproofing, plaster, flooring, toilet renovation, electrical & plumbing coordination, MS door/window repair, furnishing, and landscaping.The candidate should have hands-on experience in institutional or commercial building projects and be able to lead site execution independently, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Civil & Finishing Works Supervision:Internal & external plasteringRoof mud phaska and thermal insulationFlooring work (tiles, stone, IPS, cement finish)Toilet renovation - tile fixing, sanitaryware, and CP fittingsFixing and finishing of false ceiling, partitions, doors, windowsWaterproofing for roof, toilets, and water storage areas Painting & Polishing:Interior & exterior wall painting (putty, primer, emulsion, texture)Enamel/epoxy painting for grills, gates, doors, railingsPolish/paint on wooden and MS joinery Electrical & MEP Coordination:Wiring, conduit laying, light fixtures, DB panel installationSwitches, sockets, fans, exhausts, etc.Coordination of earthing, lightning arrestorsBasic support for CCTV and solar setup (if applicable)Supervision of electric welding for repairing:MS doors, windows, gates, and locks Plumbing & Sanitation:Toilet fittings: WC, urinals, basins, flush tanks, taps, showersWater line, drainage, manhole, and sewer line supervisionWater tanks, soak pit, floor traps, gully traps installationLeakage testing and slope checking for pipelines Landscaping & External Development:Lawn development, tree plantation, irrigation systemsFencing, gate alignment, outdoor lighting, external signageCleaning, leveling, and final touch-up of external grounds Furnishing & Interior Items:Installation of school furniture, whiteboards, smart class itemsSoft board fixing, classroom setup as per layoutRepair & alignment of benches, desks, cupboards Documentation & Coordination:Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site logbooksCoordinate with vendors, masons, painters, electricians, and labor teamsQuality control checklists and punch list preparationRegular coordination with architects, consultants & project headsAssist in BOQ preparation and material consumption tracking Final Handover Preparation:Site cleaning, waste removal, and touch-up workEnsure all systems (electrical, plumbing) are functionalHandover files with before/after photos and checklists Desired Candidate Profile:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field3-10 years of site supervision experience in building finishing worksStrong ability to read and interpret architectural & MEP drawingsLeadership skills to handle multi-skilled labor & vendor teamsFamiliarity with MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, and basic AutoCAD is a plus Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Salary (based on experience)Site accommodation / travel support (if needed)Project-based incentives for timely completion How to Apply:Ashok Immediate Joiners Will Be Given Preference Apply Now & Be a Key Part of a Landmark Educational Project!
