The Senior Bid Manager will develop and execute large-scale proposal strategies within tight deadlines, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions. Key responsibilities include leading a team in identifying key differentiators, developing compelling win themes, and creating timely and organized project plans. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, conduct thorough cost analysis, and provide expert advice on pricing strategies. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams is crucial for effective communication and issue resolution. Responsibilities also include managing knowledge repositories, updating case studies, and maintaining accurate information on company services and FAQs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in creative production and retail activation operations, providing support and guidance to team members as needed. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, excellent writing and communication abilities, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and industry knowledge. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in proposal management, with at least 3 years in the Creative Production and Retail Activation industry, is required.
