Job Title: Lead GeneratorKey Responsibilities:* Identify and generate new/existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies* Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.* Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.* Handle all follow-up communication* Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process* Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.* Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.* Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the fieldRequirements:* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset* Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software* Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneouslyUS ShiftSAL-20-23k (4 hours)
