To coach our clients to consistently sell premium programs worth ₹30K–₹1L+, using proven frameworks and sales psychology.You’ll train, mentor, and track their progress — directly impacting their revenue growth and confidence.Why This Role ExistsAt Independent Online Coach (IOC), we’ve helped 50+ fitness and health coaches scale their online businesses.But here’s the truth: Funnels don’t close deals. Coach Fitness & Health Coaches on High-Ticket SalesConduct 1:1 and group coaching calls.Teach probing, pitching, objection handling, and closing.Role-play real sales scenarios to boost conversion rates.Refine scripts to match each client’s niche & audience.Review call recordings and give actionable feedback within 48 hours.2. Build Sales Systems & FrameworksMaintain and improve the Sales Playbook.Document processes so clients can follow step-by-step.Track accountability metrics: call volume, show-up rate, close rate.3.
