Our mission, "Where Effort Becomes Excellence," ensures that no student is left behind due to financial limitations.Role DescriptionLocation: Field Work from anywhere in India (Work in your own city)Job Type: 6 months contract (Performance-based extension to permanent role)Salary: Target-based (Commission + Incentives)Start Date: November 2025We are hiring Sales Executives to represent Trinix Academy in their own city.Hybrid (Field + Remote)Field work in your own city + remote calling/WhatsApp follow-ups.The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, managing sales pipelines, presenting our services to potential clients, and achieving sales targets.Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relationships, attending sales meetings, and providing feedback to improve the sales process.RequirementsExperience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the EdTech industry is a plusBachelor's degree in any fieldComfortable with field work in your own cityCan start the work from the first week of NovemberShould have a laptop.What we offerPerformance-based earnings (commission per enrollment).Incentives & bonuses for hitting targets.6-month contract → permanent role based on performance.Training, pitch material, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing EdTech startup.
