Key responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Write blogs, social media content, and marketing emails. Work with designers—or take the initiative yourself—to create visuals and videos for onboarding, education, and social media. Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our online presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active community.
