The role involves planning campaigns, creating content, running paid ads, and engaging with our audience to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to align efforts with overall business goals.Key Responsibilities·        Develop and implement effective organic and paid social media strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement·        Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) across LinkedIn and Twitter·        Plan and execute LinkedIn-specific B2B campaigns targeting various industries·        Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business objectives·        Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social platforms, with a strong focus on ROI and CPL·        Monitor and analyze paid campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.) to continuously improve performance·        Stay updated with social media and paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices·        Create, curate, and manage platform-specific content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook·        Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions·        Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all platformsRequired Skills and Qualifications·        3+ years of experience in social media and/or performance marketing roles·        Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends; expertise in LinkedIn marketing is a must·        Proven experience running paid campaigns with measurable results (especially on LinkedIn and Meta platforms)·        Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills·        Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics·        Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and email platforms·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a creative mindset·        Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
