To support this growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who has prior experience running campaigns for the Saudi or UAE markets.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Gulf region consumers, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will manage and scale paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads, with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers in the GCC.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTokOwn growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTVRun A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pagesAnalyze performance via Google Analytics and Meta Business SuiteWork closely with design, content, and product teamsStay updated on local consumer trends and platform changesPrepare and share weekly performance reports and insightsRequirementsFluent in Arabic (spoken and written)Based in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or India/elsewhere with hands-on experience in campaigns targeting KSA or UAE1–2 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C or e-commerce preferred)Strong hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google AdsExperience with TikTok Ads is a plusStrong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business SuiteClear understanding of GCC consumer behavior and digital trendsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
