Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: US IT Recruiter We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in the US IT staffing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and strong technical knowledge of IT roles and hiring practices in the US market. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within client accounts across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry Source high-quality candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms Conduct initial screening, assess technical skills, and identify suitable candidates Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on interview feedback to ensure seamless candidate experiences Negotiate compensation packages, close offers, and facilitate candidate onboarding Maintain relationships with candidates and clients for ongoing requirements and future opportunities Collaborate with Account Managers and delivery leads to prioritize hiring needs and align business objectives Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific policies to maintain a positive employer brand Track all candidate activity in ATS systems and maintain accurate records to inform future recruitment strategies Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment Proven track record of recruiting for BFSI clients or technical roles in banking, financial services, or insurance domains Knowledge of various US work authorizations and ability to navigate complex labor laws Strong sourcing and screening skills utilizing Boolean searches and ATS platforms Good understanding of IT skills and technologies, including software development methodologies and cloud computing Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including night shifts (US time zones)
