Emeritus’ global team includes 700+ employees located in Boston, Dubai, Mexico City, Mumbai, Shanghai, and Singapore.About Role:We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing/ Web Operations to own our online assets namely website, micro-sites and landing pages to enhance our online marketing effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.Roles and Responsibilities:Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs from cross-functional teamsWork with the marketing team and take responsibility of maintaining our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful)Share inputs to optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability and validate all user inputsMaintain change logs and documentationsAnticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutionsWork closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practicesStay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesCo-ordinate, setup and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessionsMaintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zonesKey Skills and Qualifications:A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, or relevant experience.4+ years of front-end development experienceGood programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.
