Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant (MUST BE Certified)

Role: Functional Workday Time and Absence ConsultantsPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 6 months+Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: 100% remote We are looking for candidates with strong Workday experience, but their Time and Absence knowledge must be equally as strong. They must have supported at least 2 global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and be Workday Certified. Required Qualifications:• Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current).• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.• Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.• Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
