Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).3–7 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing models (permanent, contract, C2H).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently.Strong networking skills with existing corporate connects (preferred).Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
