For more details, visit: MillionLogics Services.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced full-stack leader to design, build, and operate scalable applications and LLM-powered systems. You’ll own architecture, quality, and releases across Python/Node.js backends and React frontends, shape our evaluation and testing standards for AI agents, and mentor developers while partnering cross-functionally to deliver production-grade features.What does day-to-day life look like?Lead architecture and delivery of scalable full-stack applications (frontend, backend, data, infra).Own Docker containerization and GCP cloud development (deployments, networking, observability, cost).Design and maintain RESTful services and service-oriented components.Model data and operate SQL/NoSQL stores for performance and reliability.Build and operate production LLM systems:AI agents and multi-step tool-using workflows.MCP servers/clients/tool schemas for interoperable agent tooling.LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipelines and offline/online metrics.Define standards for unit/integration/service-level tests, own CI/CD and release quality gates.Provide technical mentorship, conduct design reviews, and drive cross-functional execution.Communicate clearly with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.Offer Details: Employment Duration: 18 months (can be extended) Salary: 1.65 L (net/take-home) Mode of employment: Freelancer/Contractor/FTE (whichever suits you) with 40 hours per week commitment Number of Positions: 5Requirements8+ years building and operating full-stack systems.2+ years leading developers or owning major production systems.Proven architecture/design of scalable applications.Hands-on with Docker, GCP, Python, Node.js, React.Strong experience with RESTful APIs, service-oriented architecture, SQL/NoSQL.2+ years designing, building, and owning production LLM systems, including agents/workflows, MCP components, and LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation.Track record of establishing testing standards, CI/CD ownership, and release quality.Excellent written and verbal English communication; effective technical mentorship.Offer DetailsCommitments Required:8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.
