Job Title: Thai Language Specialist (B1+ Proficiency) Location: India (Work From Home) CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts | 5 Days a WeekJob Overview: We are looking to hire a Thai Language Specialist with a minimum B1 proficiency to support multilingual communication requirements for a global client. The role involves handling Thai language interactions across written and verbal channels while ensuring accuracy, cultural context, and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Provide Thai language support across chat, email, and/or voice channels.Translate and interpret communication between Thai and English while maintaining context and intent.Ensure accurate, culturally appropriate communication in all customer interactions.Handle queries, resolve issues, and provide clear responses in Thai.Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance with client guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests.Eligibility Criteria:Minimum B1 proficiency in Thai (certification preferred).Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Prior experience in customer support, translation, localization, or multilingual operations is preferred.Ability to work in rotational shifts.Comfortable working in a remote / work-from-home environment.Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:Certification from recognized institutes for Thai language proficiency.Experience in international customer support or language operations.Exposure to translation, interpretation, or localization work.What We Offer:CTC up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and proficiency).Permanent Work From Home setup.Opportunity to work with global clients and multilingual teams.Structured training and career growth opportunities.
