We're looking for someone to provide remote technical and application problem resolution assistance related to aspect products. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex computer systems and software. You'll engage additional resources when necessary and provide effective communication to management, peers, and account team in support of customers. Key requirements include: Gaining knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environment Documenting and verifying reported problems Troubleshooting and resolving issues using available tools, resources, and documentation Additional requirements include understanding PCs, Networks, OS platforms, databases, telephony, software applications, and ACDs, as well as strong customer service and teamwork skills.
