Project Manager - Marketing and Creative projects (US Time Zone) We are looking for a flexible Project Manager to manage a diverse range of projects.You will play a leading role in planning, facilitating, and executing projects for key business clients.This is an incredible opportunity for a self-driven, multi-disciplinary candidate looking to grow and make an impact. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a genuine passion for their clients’ success.Main Project Domains: Programming and tech, website development, marketing, branding, writing, creative, design, and online funnels.Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end project management and act as the primary point of contact for clients.Plan project timelines, build teams, allocate budgets, and monitor schedules and progress from project brief to final delivery.Coordinate between teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Manage relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction on both sides.Requirements:Ability to work in US time zones (occasionally Europe).Fluent in spoken and written English.Proven work experience in online project management or customer-facing roles.Domain knowledge in the areas mentioned above.Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize, multitask across projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to gather and present information clearly.Proven track record of impactful delivery and project management.Self-driven personality: curious, motivated, and striving for excellence.Experience working with global clients.Bonus Skills:Familiarity with different project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, ScheduleOnce, etc.).
