Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Kannur. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and manage the quality control processes throughout the manufacturing and distribution cycle. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance standards, conducting regular audits and inspections, analyzing quality data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes, address non-conformities, and maintain the highest product quality for customer satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience working in the beverage industry, this is a must have. Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, quality control methods, and regulatory compliance Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and analyzing quality data Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, testing equipment, and supply chain management Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills for addressing non-compliance and implementing process improvements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus Proven ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
