About the RoleKatonic AI is hiring Partner Alliance Managers to join our Partner Sales & GTM team. This is a global role based remotely in India. Each Partner Alliance Manager will be assigned one or more strategic technology partners (such as Cisco, SUSE, Red Hat, NVIDIA, HPE, Dell, or IBM) and will own that partner relationship end to end, driving joint go-to-market strategy, co-selling, enablement, and revenue globally.You will be the single point of ownership for your assigned partner(s), working across geographies and time zones to build deep, productive alliances that accelerate enterprise adoption of Katonic AI's Sovereign AI Platform. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as you will engage daily with global partner teams, regional sales organizations, and Katonic AI leadership.Please apply only if you match the criteria.To apply, please fill out this form: filling out the form, your application is not complete.Key ResponsibilitiesAssigned Partner OwnershipServe as the dedicated alliance manager for one or more assigned technology partners (e.g., Cisco, SUSE, Red Hat, NVIDIA, HPE, Dell, IBM)Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, joint planning, co-selling, enablement, and ongoing relationship managementBuild and maintain relationships at multiple levels within the assigned partner organization globallyBecome the subject matter expert on your assigned partner's ecosystem, programs, incentives, and go-to-market motionsJoint Go-to-Market & RevenueDevelop and execute joint business plans with assigned partners, including pipeline targets, co-selling motions, and marketing campaignsDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across all regions (APAC, Middle East, and beyond)Collaborate on joint customer engagements, proof-of-concept projects, and enterprise deal cyclesTrack and report on partner pipeline, deal registration, and revenue attribution quarterlyPartner Enablement & Ecosystem BuildingCreate and deliver partner enablement programs including training materials, solution briefs, and technical documentation specific to your assigned partnerCoordinate joint campaigns, events, webinars, and content with partner marketing teamsRepresent Katonic AI at partner summits, industry events, and conferences globallyInternal CoordinationAct as the internal voice of your assigned partner, channeling feedback on product needs, competitive insights, and market opportunitiesCollaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure joint solutions meet enterprise requirementsProvide regular reporting to the VP, Partner Sales & GTM on partner health, pipeline, and strategic opportunitiesRequired QualificationsEngineering degree (B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent) combined with an MBA is strongly preferred - this blend of technical depth and business acumen is ideal for engaging with technology partners and enterprise customers0-2 years of experience in partner/alliance management, channel sales, business development, or enterprise technology (fresh MBA graduates welcome)Strong interest in building relationships with major technology vendors (NVIDIA, HPE, Cisco, Dell, IBM, Red Hat, SUSE, or similar)Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) - this is critical.
