What You’ll Be Doing:Work with senior team members to carry out customer implementations and program enhancementsParticipate in the implementation design, setup, and review processesIdentify improvements to our feedback products and processesUtilize Client software knowledge for testing customized software solutionsBuild long-standing customer relationships by improving customer feedback programsProvide support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth Client system capabilitiesWork with client teams in resolving technical/system related inquiriesProvide quality assurance support when providing features to clientsProvide client support when analyzing large sets of dataWhat We Expect You to Have:Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong written, oral communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Application (BSc IT, MSc IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech Computer Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science etc.)Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
