Job Title: Event Management & Exhibition Stall DesignerLocation:ChennaiExperience Required:3–7 years (Industry experience mandatory)Employment Type:Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designer with strong industry experience in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for designing innovative exhibition stalls and event spaces that align with client branding, functional requirements, and budget constraints.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design exhibition stalls, kiosks, booths, and event spacesDevelop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawingsCollaborate with sales, project management, and production teamsUnderstand client briefs and convert them into creative design solutionsSelect materials, finishes, lighting, and graphics suitable for eventsCoordinate with fabrication vendors and oversee execution qualityEnsure designs comply with safety standards, venue guidelines, and timelinesHandle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesProvide on-site support during installation, if requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in Event Management / Exhibition Design industryProficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, IllustratorStrong understanding of stall fabrication, materials, and construction methodsExcellent creativity with strong attention to detailGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesKnowledge of branding and spatial design principlesPreferred Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related fieldExperience working with exhibition organizers, event agencies, or fabrication unitsSite execution and vendor coordination experienceWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-profile exhibitions and eventsCreative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceCareer growth within the events & exhibitions industryReporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
